Good morning. If you ever feel the need to give a colleague of the opposite sex an old-fashioned middle finger, make sure you follow it up by doing the same to a colleague of the same sex.


A male worker has been cleared of sexual harassment after giving a female colleague the middle finger at work. He was cleared on the basis that he would direct the same gesture toward male colleagues as well.


Although, we assume most legal advice would recommend not communicating that way at all.
