Good morning. Scams have become increasingly sophisticated, but if you’re asked to send money to an astronaut in space claiming they need funds for oxygen, chances are, you won’t be seeing that 'loan’ again.

In this bizarre case, the fraudster claimed to be under attack and urgently in need of oxygen.

Once the $1,000 was sent, the astronaut disappeared and unsurprisingly, was never heard from again. Perhaps they really did run out of oxygen? Stay safe out there!
