Good morning. Nathan Rimmington had a sudden "hankering for cola bottles" one night, so he ordered a 3kg bulk bag online and ate them over 3 days. It didn't end well.
11,000 calories and a lifetime supply of gelatine earned him 6 days in the hospital, acute diverticulitis, IV drips, a solid reprimand from the doctors and a “lucky to be alive” diagnosis.
He also stumped the doctors by insisting he thought was food poisoning from the single piece of pork he had eaten the day before.
