Good morning. How long is too long for a goodbye hug at an airport?

Dunedin Airport in New Zealand thinks 3 minutes. They have posted a rather unusual sign saying, "Maximum hugs, 3 minutes. For fonder farewells please use the carpark."

We are actually with the airport on this one and think 3 minutes is the maximum hug time for a goodbye.
