Good morning. The 2025 Australian Baby Names Report is in and some familiar favourites have taken a tumble. Michael, Ari, Thea and Quinn all slipped out of the top 100 this year.

Oliver held onto the crown as the most popular boys’ name for the 12th year running, while Charlotte reclaimed the number one spot for girls, bumping Isla to second place.

We wonder what decade Norman and Agnes will return to top spot?
