Good morning. A near-Earth "asteroid" recently spotted by astronomers poring through telescope data has turned out to be Elon Musk's car.
The International Astronomical Union's Minor Planet Center announced the discovery of a new asteroid on January 2nd, however confirmed the following day it was in fact Elon Musk’s Tesla Roadster.
We have no idea why Musk has a car in space but apparently it has a 22% chance of hitting earth, within a million years or so.
