Good morning. Imagine being told you had won $280,000, only to be told two days later that you had actually won $28.


This was a scenario for thousands of Norwegians who had their lotto winnings miscalculated. Instead of dividing by 100 to get the correct Euro to Norwegian kroner amount, the calculation was multiplied instead. This meant everyone's payout was 10,000 times less than what the ticket said.


Not ideal.
