One man has taken it to the extreme, faking heart attacks at least 20 times to avoid paying. Well known to local police, he reportedly threw himself to the ground, and put on a grand show.
His antics have landed him in jail multiple times which policeman say he graces with a smile - potentially because he is getting more free meals.
